Personal work is where my ideas are given the time to evolve. Without the pressure of a brief or client expectations, it's where I experiment, take risks, and discover new ways of seeing. Every project, whether it succeeds or fails, becomes part of the process that shapes everything I create.

Every project begins with a feeling rather than a shot list. I collect references from films, books, architecture, music, and everyday moments before translating them into something that feels authentic. I care less about perfection and more about creating images that leave a lasting impression.

Much of my inspiration comes from ordinary places and overlooked moments. Growing up in Detroit taught me to find beauty in familiar environments, and that perspective continues to influence how I photograph people, spaces, and stories. The goal is always to create work that feels timeless, intentional, and deeply personal.
